- Cost-effective pragmatic approach to toxicity testing of environmental samples in the UK; Kirit Wadhia, Alcontrol Laboratories (UK).
- Overview of the use of bioassays in Vlaanderen, implementation, future use and goals; Marie Pierre Goyvaerts, VITO Mol, (BE).
- Monitoring of effluent toxicity with luminescent bacteria tests – situation in Germany; Brigitte von Danwitz, Landesumweltamt NRW, Essen (D).
- Use of Microtox and Toxicity Bioassays in water control regulations in Spain; Juan Ribo, UPS (SP).
